We can assist with managing projects that have already been planned or initiated, or help to set up and then run new projects. The different roles we can adopt include:


  • Programme manager (directing several concurrent projects)
  • Project director (leading one large scale project)
  • Project manager (supporting a project director or leading one smaller scale project)
  • Project consultant (advising as an advisor to a project team)
